APC800VA Home Inverter I am one of the loyalist of APC UPS and Inverters, Impressed by performance of UPS, I recently purchased 2 800VA inverters from a renowned retail outlet in Chennai.
Installation was done by APC engineer, no issues been raised, I have asked for a Quarterly check to APC for one of Inverter, well supported by APC no issues raised. When I asked for a check for 2nd Invertor I was asked to give details about Battery.
The battery was SF Sonic 1000 battery, I was informed that this was not the one battery supplied or supported by APC, I had never chance to select my own battery. Battery was very much part of APC solution, which I looked as a single unit.
I feel some way deceived by an adulterated product of APC. APC cannot disown the services due to mischiefs of APC’s dealer or retailer. Dont buy APC, Post sale service is poor, They feel that they are doing it for CHARITY... Sam
