I live in patiala and there are problems many times regarding the power cut and during summers the heat is unbearable so for this reason we bought APC inverter and it worked pretty good for the starting one year and we had no complaints about it.
But one day the inverter didn’t provide backup during power cut so we called the service they said they have to replace the battery and we were not happy that only in such small duration we had to change the batery he changed the battery and charged 1000 and 500 for the visit.
After 6 months we again had the issue of non functional inverter and we called the service and they said the power board is fused and also needed to be changed. We were again very disappointed with it and again it took us 2000 rupees and slowly it was costing us more.
Right now it works fine but we cannot rely on it as it might happened again and waste our money. Not a good product not recommended
