Well, I have seen most of the mixed responses. Coming to me, I am very happy customer of APC. I purchased this inverted close to 3 year back. So far no issue and still it is working fine and we got huge power cuts at our area. Whether it is APC or any other brand, if we take care of battery maintenance then I dont think there will be problem. Coming to me this product (800VA) looks very good with the cabinet, no maintenance, infact I never worried about the product. I have taken care of battery maintenance and it is working very fine. Once I had a issue with battery, immediately its been taken care once I called their call center.
Coming to service also, I never has a issue neither with their service nor their call center in fact they responded very well. Definetly it is a very good product. Important thing is to maintain the battery. Remember about the battery maintenance atleast once in 3 or 4 months.
