This hotel has got a very noisy ambiance. The disco / some party hall is very near to this hotel, in the same building. I was placed in Room No 101 Supposed to be executive room. The disco / Band is so much noisy that when it started it was not possible to stay in the room. The room floor was also vibrating. When I complaint to the reception, it was told that the disco music/Party will stop at 10 PM and nothing can be done about it. I was promised to get the new room on the next day morning.
Next day the room was changed and the room no 107n was given to me. The noise was comparatively less but enough to cause the headache and sleepless night till 11 pm.
With this my worst nightmare was not over. some how I could stay for two days and while checking in only I had mentioned that I will checkout after two days. Here the check out time is24 Hrs. My check in time was 7 AM . Its a usual practice in any hotel to allow customer grace period of at least one hr for checking out.
In this hotel, when I called reception at around 7-45 AM that I would like to check out and my bill should be kept ready, I was told that they do not allow any grace time , not even 15 minutes and I will have to pay the rent for one day. I was also told that the owner will come at 10 AM and I can talk with Owner when he comes. So I continued to stay till 10 AM and meet the owner.
To my surprise, the owners behaviour was also very much indifferent and he was insisting that I should pay the room rent for one extra day fot the 45 -50 minutes I stayed in room.
The disco/Party sound is so horrible that you can not stay in this hotel room between 6 PM to 10 PM on firtst floor room no 101.
