One year back I was interested to go for a health insurance . my basic criteria were

They took the required documents & they promised I am going to get my policy hard copy within 10 days. They kept their promise.. the claim settlement team was efficient enough to tackle problems.
Few days back I renewed my policy through online . I got my policy renewal certificate within 5 days...
