Apollo is one of the richest and best hospital and more specialised doctors which have so many branches. I want to share some experience which I have faced in Apollo.
While we are going for the first time to Apollo they are asking us to fill our details in system by ourself. There is no proper guidance also. Two old couple is coming for the first time they are not Educated. The person in reception. Asked to fill the form on system. They are completely unaware about this and they asked for help they told them to wait for 5 mins but they didn’t turn up even an hour. They didn’t respond to them properly. Atlast I helped them for registration. If the people is uneducated means they are unfit for getting treatment in specialised hospital? and how will they came to know about the procedures?
