I went to Apollo clinic in electronics city for health check up. Its totally worthless. They didnt even gave band-aid after taking blood. No communication where to go after what test. Its all you push then they will reply if they are willing/ are not in canteen/laughing. ECG instrument seriously such a dirty old stuff (may be 10 years old) Never seen such a filthy, dirty instrument. No professionalism. X-ray room lady literally in a orderly threatened voice rather than treating me as a patient/customer. Useless team, service.
In all the whole process they didnt took my PP sugar and says me to come next day or I can drop that. Horrible don’t know whether I can believe on there reports or not. So much negligence..I can understand it is there daily job and all are frustrated by there routine job ..but so be.. that is the nature of service industry. Same service everyday.
Management needs to motivated and gave them the right vision to work ....or otherwise I will make management to eat dirty food in a bad service restaurant daily and take huge amount of money from pocket..then they will understand the pain.
