My name is arvind singh , Asst. professor, by profession. Here I would like to share my experience with the doctor I met in the Appolo.
My son Arjun who is 4 year old now is there with me just because of one person , not less than god for me , his name is dr. Singhvi. Arjun was suffering with EHPVO since 2 month of his age, but we had no idea that he is having this problem. At the age 2 month he had lot of problem related to abdominal, his scrotum was enlarged, that time we were in the Varanasi, Uttar pradesh.
Doctors were just guessing and concluding with some fatal problem like kidney failure , sometime liver etc ..somehow we saved him but we had no idea he is having this problem. Later on when he became 18 month old again started the same thing , immediately we went to KIMS hospital their doctor said he is having EHPVO and gave the reference to dr. kannan in KR hospital hanumant nagar Bangalore.
We went there and showed him he was very rough person did not explained anything to me and said we cannot do anything in this regards once the complication will occur then will see. When he became 3 years he started showing the same problem we went again there then he said his liver is damaged we have to transplant the liver kindly arrange 35 lacks for the transplantation, you have one year time .he concluded that without any further investigation, he did not consult any other doctor for further clarification. It was not the matter of money alone it was the matter of life for my son. After his word life was hell for me I cannot express my feeling in words, I was completely depressed . 7 month later , son, started bleeding throughhis mouth. I thought time has come , I was severing , my hands were literally shaking somehow I drove my car and reached to the appolo. There I met with dr singhvi and dr rakesh. These two doctors pad my shoulder and said don’t worry will take care of your son he is fine. Then did all sort of investigation and come to the conclusion that they have to do the Splenectomy with gastric devascularisation and oesophageal transaction. dr singhvi took the charge and he did the 8 hrs long operation. It was very successful. Son was got discharge after 10th day of operation. Dr. Singhvi gave indeed care for my son I am very glad for that .he has lot of human touch he feels the pain of others, real human kind . A very good care given by nurses hospital attainders . It was just great. Dr. Singhvi was god form my son, he saved his life.
I strongly recommend for this hospital, specially dr. Singhvi for liver related problem.
I would like to thanks all the surgical gastroenterologist team member, dr gopal, dr rakesh for their support and care.
I feel it is the ocean of satisfaction . I came back home with lats of happiness and satisfaction. And I also feel for every health problem there is a place called appolo.
