The most inefficient TPA in the industry is Family Health Plan. they responded to cashless request after 2Hrs with a dumb query. All documents from hospital were promptly provided. Then they denied the cashless request. When contacted on phone, said that they were awaiting documents from hospital!
The hospital again provided documents and they again raised a dumb query . they want the documents which does not exist. the doctor furnished all the documents and everything. I have to pay from my pocket to do the procedure !
Looks like rejecting claims is all their TPAs are told to do... never ever go for Apollo Munich. These guys are rascals. la-foots and bastads
