I have bought medical Insurance from Apollo Munich(ID 10007106845 Policy AA00087548) in jan’12. They have confirmed that all type of expenses are covered in this policy at the time of purchase. There was no exclusion.
Now I have asked for claim procedure for settlement f maternity expenses, they clearly denied and said that it is not included in policy. It is clear cut cheating.I do not know how to handle it. please advise.u can choose better then this.thank you.
