I would like to request anyone who comes to this page to NEVER EVER BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have the WORST SERVICE I have ever come across from any company. I have had an insurance for my father for the past 4-5 years now and haven’t claimed for anything.
However every year without fail I have to go through a painful process of hundreds of calls and mails for something or the other. This year these guys have broken all records! To claim a meager INR5000 that should rightfully be returned to me, I have been struggling for over 4 Months. Every time I get a call from a new person who vanishes after promising a resolution. I WARN ONE AND ALL TO BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS AND DONT EVER BUY THEIR POLICY. JUST IMAGINE WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM TO SETTLE!
