I had great expectations from Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. However, I am disappointed. They say we know Health and we know Insurance.but tell me who knows service!
I got a health insurance cover for my mother. They were supposed to call me in 2-3 days to fix up an appointment for medical but they didn’t. Only when I called up and pushed things started moving in this regard. Now is the interesting part. They fixed an appointment for my mother but didn’t send me the venue details which they were supposed to do right away. I reached to the customer care but like any other, all stereotype people sit there and nobody can do anything except repeating the parrot like standard phrases that they have learnt.
I am sure, now they ll reach out to me later and say that your mother didn’t go for check up as scheduled!
If this company can’t take care of such simple things I wonder what service in the future will they give me. I am certainly disappointed!
