They made a mistake in my travel insurance, and I requested several times for updating the same.
Spent several hours, talking to them, making them understand the situation, and to issue me a corrected policy.
Customer care executive were least bothered about it, and shamelessly appologized each time when I call them. They even refused to give reference number for the complain, which resulted in me spending several minutes on phone explaining complete history everytime I followed up.
And no response for e-mail replies too.
Citizens, I strongly recommend not to use their services, as they don’t care a bit about customer, and for their below par services.
