I am sharing my experience. I have constantly noticed apollo pharmacy which are situated solely without any attachment to hospital have less stock. Most of the times, even the simple medicines are also not available here.
Once I wanted plain paracetamol, he started giving me diclofenac.i said, it 8s different, I don’t want this. His behavior was rude and started saying both works in same manner. Immediately I called up my Dr friend and asked she told not to buy diclofenac.
This is what is happening.
I guess this chain of pharmaceutical need to be more organised, oriented and customer friendly service with knowledgeable staff.
