Though the hospital infrastructure is pretty good & well maintained, the experience one gets is really pathetic. The support staff managing their desks were pretty much the worst I have ever come across:
They do not seem to understand the concept of QUEUEs. They just talk to the person in front of them(bullies will like this of course)
They are just not able to understand the prescriptions filled in by the doctors for lab tests. Invariably they need to call someone & seek clarification. This takes forever
They look lost, probably doing this kind of the job for the first time
Even something as simple as paying the consultancy charges takes 20 minutes(which should be done in 30-60 seconds max)
Apollo needs to invest significantly in training the front-line staff as they ARE THE FACE of the hospital
