I went through a very bad experience at apollo speciality OMR, I was suffering with gout and had severe pain in my left foot. When I reached the reception I asked for Rhumetalogist or Orthopadiac, they just directed me to emergency sighting the reason that I am in a wheel chair and unable to walk . now the junior doctor inside decides to give me pain killers and get my blood tests done. It took them 2 nurses and 2 punctures on my wrist before getting the IV fixed, the wrist became more painful than the my foot . they just told me Sorry:). they injected couple of pain killers, collected blood samples - then a doctor walks up to say since you live nearby come back on Monday to OPD . after this I got xray done and was told to be discharged, the junior doctor says nothing is conclusive so few more pain killers are prescribed . I was discharged within 1hr, when I came out of the hospital I realized I had the same pain in my foot as it was when I walked in, just that my wallet was lighter by 5K!. I asked Jr Doc do you have a rhumetalogist .her answer please ask the reception . I told her that is where we began and ended up in Emergency Ward:D . the service quality is POOR, yet another money making machines in the name of health care provider.
