Appco Group India is the worst company or group to join for a fresher. If you are fresher then there is no problem as you can get the opportunity to be selected there as they normaly looking fir the freshers.
But as per my experience if you are fresher then never join this group as they offer a very small package to the fresher, without ant extra benefit and provide the hardest work to be completed in a short time.
They does not provide any job security as when they find some more and better option they will ask fir resignation letter which is not right
To join with this group means no career growth as they only provide basic work which has no scope for the worker.
Finally I will day that this group is not good fir the fresher.
