Hello friends , I used to work out in apex gym 4 years back. It was like old school gym and they have all the required equipments including free squat rack. But after a long I have been there 4 days back to work out.
I cannot believe , the gym is completely transformed just like a body. ambience is completely at different level. gym was very well developed and maintained . it was very hygienic compared to old days.
only problem is they don’t have free squat rack anymore and cost is little high compare to locality of area.
