I am currently employed at Applebee’s. I am very disappointed in the way the manager work. They are nice people until they get use to you. The place is a complete joke! Almost every employee hates their job. They are hiring more and more people as the wish to and firing nobody, which is causing money lost towards the employers and money towards the business. Its more less a scam.
They tell you that you make more than minimum wage and yes this may be true but the way they are handling and dishing out the money you almost need a second part time job to have any money at all. The managers have mo respect for you even if you give them any. Yes, there will always be that one boss that is nobody’s favorite. In this case there is one manager that is at least decent to everyone.
So if I were you I would not apply to applebee’s.
