I bought Apple I-phone through internet in the month of February, 2016. I had heard so much about its working that really wanted to use it but I was in for a shock. I bought it from a place close to Delhi though I am a resident of another state. I could not register it on-line so had to wait for almost 10 days. When I reached back home, more trouble followed as there was no service provider here, I went to at least 10 mobile sellers, operators but still was unable to use it.
Finally, AIRTEL personnel came to my rescue and my phone started to work. In the process, had to buy another SIM as the SIM card of the old phone could not be inserted in the I-phone. Due to this, password had to be reset, so all my telephone numbers got deleted. These days, I ma busy adding numbers to my phone.
One needs to give finger impression, I don’t know how many times. Whatsoever one has to do, has to be via Apple store for which one has to make a separate email account, password etc. So many rules and regulations. I thought I was appearing for an exam. This Apple I-phone is not consumer friendly. I have spent a lot of money and have no option but to use it. Any takers for my phone??
