Phone seemed ok at first. After a few weeks I realized the main button had a glitch: sometimes you have to press it really hard for it to function. After a couple of months it got even worse. Now the main button will sometimes activate SIRI and once you are there, you cant go back to the main screen. The only way to go back is turning the whole thing off and then on again. Also, didnt download almost anything and already have used over 10GB. Another bad thing is the battery life. I got a new iPhone hoping to improve battery life over my really old iPhone(4s over 4 years old) but is already just as bad, or even worse. Would like to understand if there is anything I can do to return it to Apple, since I bought it new less than a year ago. I bought it through 3rd party seller, and their return policy expired soon after the purchase.
Some of the common demerit should keep in mind:
Battery get heated up very soon.
charger head too gets heated up so badly.
battery backup is too worst.
mobile phone is Not user friendly.
