I purchased this phone from flipkart.The item I began getting hang from the minute one. I reported the same to flipkart and asked for the substitution. Accordingly they requesting that I go to Apple Service Center to get it determined. I made call 5 times to Flipkart to clarify about my misgiving on nature of item and getting the issue repaired. Indeed, I asked them give me discount and take the item back, which they rejected on the point that they have substitution approach for this item. What’s more, that substitution approach is to request that the client go to the administration focus without anyone else and get the issue determined.
