Hi Friends, I bought I phone 5s around 1 year back. From the day I bought it was giving me problem.
It was having Sound Up and Down button problem. I have gone around 3 Times to Janak Puri New Delhi Service Centre Checking and Repairing, Every time they repair and that time it works but later on after 1-2 days the problem comes again.
I have mailed to Apple Support also related to my Problem but they refer me to go to Service Centre instead replacing the Handset.
Now it is almost 1 year gone and I am using Iphone 5s with the Button problem.
Phone is good in terms of look and design but if you are getting some problem with that then you get irritate from the Phone and the Company who do not support.
When you spend your hard money in Iphone you dont need the problem.
I will never recommend Iphone to anyone, Specially Iphone 5s.
