I have a basic experience of iphone 5s black color
first I would like to tell about the advantages of purchasing it
this phone is very sleek with awesome looks and with great texture a creation of art but it has a lot of disadvantages as if you are claiming your warranty apple services are not going to help you they just make fun of you as even we pay thousands of rupees to the company and still services are not good
I tell you y personal experience I had a little scratch on the iphone at the side of the the aux my audio jack was not working properly so I went to apple service center and asked them to replace the set but they gave me nonsense reply that due to that little scratch we are voiding your service and they just made me helpless even I had purchased it giving so much bucks but they frauded with me by giving that excuse I request everyone whosoever had faced this problem reply me so that we come against this company as this company asks 70000, 90000 from us and at the time of service denies to give so friends who so ever had problems with this company should reply me so that we can raise against them
