Released in Sep 2014, iPhone 6 was the first phone to feature a larger 4.7" LED-backlit IPS LCD, capacitive touchscreen, with a screen resolution of 750*1334, which is made up of an Ion-strengthened glass and has an oleophobic coating. So that basically means the screen is quite tough. Believe me you can take my word for it because Ive been using this phone for almost 2 years now and I cannot recollect how many times Ive dropped this phone or slammed it intentionally but still there are no cracks or broken pieces. Its just a very solid piece of beauty. As usual, it has a metallic unibody and comes in 3 colour options i.e., gold, space grey and silver. It packs a Dual-core 1.4 GHz Typhoon(ARM v8-based) processor which is sufficient for doing any task you might want to do on a phone and a PowerVR GX6450 with quad-core graphics. So, you can be sure that itll easily handle any game that is there on AppStore catalog. Trust me, ANY GAME. Now comes the RAM, it has 1GB DDR3 RAM which in my opinion isnt enough. For those of you wondering, yes the iPhone does hang a little bit here and there during heavy use but once you install the latest iOS 10 version, that problem subsides a little bit. The storage options available are 16GB, 32GB and 128GB. Youll have roughly 12GB left to use after iOS 10 update in the 16GB version. So, you can go for 32GB if you wanna store a lot of stuff. 128GB is not a wise decision according to me because you can add Rs 4K more and get iPhone 7 for that much money.
Now coming to the camera, it has an 8 MP, f/2.2, 29mm, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED(dual tone) flash camera that supports touch focus, geo-tagging, face/smile detection, HDR(photo/panorama). You can record a video at 1080p@60fps, 720p@240fps. Secondary camera is a 1.2 MP, f/2.2, 31mm camera that can record videos at 720p@30fps and supports face detection, HDR, FaceTime over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Low light photos(of rear camera) and slow mo videos are just amazing and mind you, slow mo is supported only by rear camera.
It has all the other standard features like dual band wifi, GPS, GLONASS, fingerprint sensors, iMessage, Bluetooth v4.0, yada yada. Not santoshkr80 go into these minute details. I mean of course you are buying an iPhone, its not like you are santoshkr80 take home an iphone and say "oh! no Bluetooth 4.0. Fudge(yeah that one) me".
Anyway, coming to the major DRAWBACK- the non removable 1810 mAh Li-Po battery which Apple claims is quite sufficient but trust me IT IS NOT. You would find yourself surfing the internet while listening to music and puff! where did those double digits go? You would need to carry your charger or a power bank with you if you are a medium to heavy user. One more thing, if your charger cable is not working, buy only original Apple cable or the one authorised manufacturers. The cheap substitutes dont work because Apple recognises them and pops a message saying so.
In nutshell, Ive been using this phone for 2 yrs and will keep doing so for another year at least because trust me, iPhone 6S has nothing different from an iPhone 6 besides 3D Touch or a little buffed up CPU and although iPhone 7 has an improved camera(both front and rear) and louder dual speakers at the bottom, its not worth Rs 15-20k extra unless you wipe your nose with Rs bills.
Hope I was helpful.
