I have always been a desktop guy, and iMac was the choice when I first decided to jump ito the mac world. ver since then there has been no turning back. Have love the software experience immensely wherein bugs are near no existent. the macbook features a better keyboard than the one you get with an iMac and by all means its a very quick machine. yes it isn’t a highly specced gaming laptop but it aint meant to be either.
A few arcade games like rayman origins and wolf amongst us and even that bioshock infinite runs lag free. One important thing, the new retina display MacBooks sport a much better screen but if you could live without those then this 101 has the ability to upgrade ram, add storage and even turn the optical drive slot into another sad drive if you want.
Also, adding ram or changing to sad doesn’t affect your warranty in the least go for it. at the price its going now it’s a steal.
