Never Buy Apple Laptops

My mac book pro is only 6 months old and I have been to service center more than 8 times for 1 problem that Apple remains to solve, my product id is C02JDNJZDTY3.


1st time the screen was pixelated and I was advised to visit the service center near pune station(Rahul Commerce) I was told to come next week as they were very busy and then will take up the matter with apple, I visited them next week my screen was replaced with in 3 days and since the day the screen was replaced it had the gap between glass and Rubber packing, I bought the issue to notice of service Center, he failed to notice it, I spoke to customer care I was advised to visit another service center, I visited them and showed the same the problem they agreed it was genuine problem and they have called for replacement of parts twice and the parts ordered had the same issue, (i doubt if Apple is using Refurbished spare parts) from then my woes have continued till date.


repeated request to customer care, senior technical Adviser, have yield no results and only rounds to service center and back, then after addressing my issues to senior Technical adviser Mr, Suresh Nallapa my case was forwarded to customer support team and after talking to Mr Jeremy Chong I was convinced to visit the service center last time and give them 1 opportunity to replace the part.


I confirmed with him if this time it had same problem, he assured he would opt  for system replacement. I was waiting for Apple guys to revert back after spending close to 2 months on the issue and multiple visits to service center. I requested for call back to customer care person, after much persuasion, I got the call from Customer care Person to inform me that they cannot give any further service on the same issue as they feel it is cosmetic problem rather than any technical problem, my questions to Apple Authorities is :-


1)Does your customer care executive promises hold any value or they are taught to lie the end customer and they do not hold any powers of decision making


2)I have bought  brand new laptop and company promises to replace if the issue remains the same and then they backtrack, Are you guys taking Indian consumer for Ride.


I hope somebody at Apple will have responsible Answers to my woes.


I sincerely do not suggest apple laptops to anybody (don’t waste your money)buy something where company cares for their customers and not break their promises.
