I have been using this product for a long time now. It definately is an amazing product from apple. Its compatible with iphones only and I think its not worth spending so much on it as it almost does the same your iphone itself can do. People who want to be an apple fanboy/girl and people who want to control everything easily from their wrist should get this product. I also personally think its for show off but I have it and its definately a great piece of technology.
