I got the offer within one week from the date of selection. I took review of the company and got many good feedbacks from employees and other outsiders. There is a lot of scope to grow, develop and put forth your suggestions for the betterment of the company and employees. All are very helpful and cooperative. Management is approachable and vision oriented.
All companies have scope of improvements and so do this company. Work environment is really good and no politics. Management is not biased and evaluate the performance by taking proper feedback from Client, Sub ordinates, PM and others. Job security is there.
