Worst quality of bed I ever saw from Aprodz.com. The product had damages since Day 1. Its design, wood material, painting and craftsmanship all are of worst quality. I have been trying to contact the seller of Aprodz since day 1 and they have ignored by calls and messages. If doesn’t facilitate a proper replacement of the product or money back, I will certainly complain about this on Consumer Forum! The bed is so poorly designed that even without any weight, its wood is cracking. Even after two weeks of complaint raised, the seller has not acted to pickup the reverse cargo and refund my money. I am highly disappointed by the team’s role who have handled this complaint so unprofessionally and till date have not escalated the matter to their product review team.
