Visited Cinemax Multiplex Cinema at Gandhinagar yesterday to watch’Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ at 2130hrs show.
Could not book ticket at cinemax.co.in than tried to call general customer care number and Cinemax-Gandhinagar number but non replied at last booked ticket at bookmyshow.com.
Air-conditioner was not working at the entry foyer(where you buy snacks etc).
Show started late by 20 minutes i.e. 2150 instead of 2130.
Observed more than 5/6 seats were almost broken.
It was difficult to remain seated with bad odour in the cinema hall.
Had similar kind of experience at Cinemax Multiplex Cinemas at Dev Arc Mall and Red Carpet earlier.
In short, avoid visiting Cinemax.
