Since the time I received this product, I had issues. The filter came with no user manual. I got it installed by a local technician. But to my surprise the filter did not discharge even a single drop of water. On contacting the vendor, he said maybe the SV of the filter is non functional. On insisting to him many times, he sent me the SV on 03.04.2014 thru courier AWB No DEL511962212 through professional courier.
I again contacted a local technician ( again I had to spend Rs300 and 3 hours of time! ) The filter did not work. The local technician said the SV that I received is also not new! Then on talking to Unicare, they directed me to another technician. I called him to look at the filter. He tried to start the machine, after another one and half hour, he said that the filter cannot be functional, some other parts are not functional. I have promised myself to Never Ever buy such unreliable filter!
