Dear friends, I had a very bad experience with Sona water solutions, their service is worst. Please don’t buy the water purifier from this company.
My water purifier gave the problem after 4 months and it’s been one and half month they couldn’t resolve the problem. Finally they have taken the water for testing and no response from them even after 15 days. I have called them more than 100 times to get the repair of the purifier.
I hope you understand the situation and I don’t anyone else suffer from this company. Be cautious before you buy local water purifiers.
