The ambience is lively, with popular hip hop and reggae in the background to which people were swaying. In fact, it sometimes looks more like a hippie joint. Moreover, in the evenings, the huge empty space in the middle of the set-up becomes more or less like a discotheque, thus making this joint an even more compelling and attractive one in the vicinity.
The food that is served is delicious and wholesome. The sliced fish in black bean sauce was cooked and seasoned well. And the portion size, it was heavenly. One dish could fill up two customers. The crispy honey chilly chicken was spicy but tasty. It too had to be packed because all three of us couldnt finish it on our own.
The alcohol was cheap and the happy hours made it cheaper. One plus one on domestic and foreign liquor but also on cocktails! Inexpensive, indeed. And they also made their cocktails well. My Pina Colada had an abundance of vodka. So much so that I was happy with just two and that is certainly unusual for me.
