In Dharwad(Karnataka) I believe this company has appointed some idiots as their employees. The service guys who come for doing service are really rude& they do not do service instead they give vague reasons by saying all the candles are not working so no use of servicing& if the customer doesn’t agrees to them then they start using vulgar words& one such person is SHIVANAND who is practically a* .
This guy himself says that the salesmen of our company will fool you& you people get fooled easily.
I strongly recommend guys to not to buy this product as the company employs more retards!.
