I bought Aquaguard Enhance Water purifier on March 6 2021. Called the same day for installation request and I have been told within 48 hrs they will send a technician. So many days have gone, emailed, calls, escalations no one visited till to date. Customer care always lies within 24 hrs they will respond. Great big fat lie. This is a classic how indian companies treat their customers. Finally sent an email to CEO.
Seems Eureka Forbes CEO does not have any duty and he also needs to take care of installation requests. Is this company just being run only one person who is the CEO?!
If this is the way indian companies treat, athmanirbhar programme will be big flop! Thats why people throng for other MNC brands.
