Very low durability filters.
Regular free service was given within the first year but the service person always said everything is fine until the warranty gets over and the paid service starts.
They will start showing you the actual reading of water purification only when paid service starts and the warranty period is completed.
They charge 4-5k+ service charges for the replacement of filters
They say on an average is 16rs. per day is calculated as spending on using this purifier.
I suggest then we can use top brand’s 25ltrs water can instead of this.
We are investing 16k to buy and again rs16 per day.
Water taste is hard from day 1 to compare other brand’s purifiers
The issue is not fixed, its still added but as the chip inside got burnt
Never buy this product.
