After reading all the reviews I’ve sent an email to Aquapot(Vijayawada, AP) requesting a demo of their purifier for my home in Tenali and they responded quickly and we even got a call from their agents on the same day and they noted our address(Tenali). Now its been 2 days and there is no response.
I’ll update this post if I hear from them.
Update: I just called my parents in Tenali and they said that the agent came in the night and explained about the purifier. I thought they would fit the product and show us the demo, but that didn’t happen. Anyhow it’s good that they came. Now we are waiting for the Pureit agent to come and give us a demo.
Based on both of their product’s demos we’ll choose one. I’ll update this post tomorrow.
Update:
We found the agent from Pureit was good, he showed us and explained the system, how it works etc where as the guy from Aquapot was a bit hesitant to explain details.
Anyhow we requested Pureit to install "Marvella RO system"; they did it and it came around 15k INR. I was told that initially the water was leaking a bit during installation and they said they would send a service man to fix it.
Looks like the same problem with everyone water purifier dealer, its been two days and lots of phone calls as the water is leaking more.
When does Customer service improve in India?
I’ll post an update once the Pureit agents fix the system.
