Hey everyone I’m rasid from kolkata. Once again Im here to review the above mentioned tour operator from park street, Kolkata. I contacted them for my shimla trip.
To be honest they people of Ar, Es travels are very well trained with their speech like the way fluency with which they make you understand their plan is hats off. First when you call them they be like very normal to you and will fix up an appointment. After you reach the office premises they will make you wait for hours and then tell you about the charges.
It is very shocking to see that how a fraud like them running in a reapected place like park street because the people( guide) with whom they have the connection in shimla doesnt know anything and it seems that he was new to the town using navigation to take us to different places in the city. And upon asking he said he use to work there 5 years back and he went to his village now he has returned to his work as a guide in shimla and alot of thing ms have been changed in these years so my question is y should we get bothered because you didnt charge us less.
The travel in spicejet was okay. u know even we could have booked our tickets by own but we only needed this much from u guys that u make our trip memorable but trust me this was most worst trip of my life.
