Horrible experience with Aramex... Stay away !!

My ordeal with Aramex started after I ordered a product through online shopping on 15 Nov and then I came to know of this courier service. I haven’t received my shipment yet.


The shipment arrived in Bangalore early morning on 19 Nov as per their website but its 23rd Nov today. God knows how much time they need to deliver within Bangalore. Their website simply says On hold every day. I am still waiting for my consignment.


I am tired of calling their customer care number at 33003300. Every time they tell me ’Madam you will get it today’ on further asking they say, let me inquire the status and I will call you again. But they never call again. So this time, I asked him to give me their supervisor or manager contact. The customer care simply refused and started becoming abusive. The guy started shouting that I am telling you you will get it today why dont you understand. Then I asked him if he can give me his name and a complaint number for my complaint . The person cut the line on hearing that.


From now on, I will never ever order anything from any online shopping site that uses Aramex.


The most unprofessional courier service it is, that I have ever come across. I don’t understand why do they keep a customer care line when it doesn’t solve any purpose. God only knows when I will get my shipment.
