A seller on eBay sent me a parcel on 28th May through Aramex Shipment Number 4296903800. According to Aramex’s tracking system, the parcel has been received by me on 6th June. However, I’m yet to receive the parcel and no one has come to deliver it till date. When I raised an issue with Aramex, I got a pathetic response.
They told me that according to their online tracking system, the shipment is delivered to me and they closed the case. So they can update anything on their online tracking and claim that the shipment is delivered. What kind of service is this? They can steal parcels and then write delivered on the tracking system. Worst courier service I have encountered till date. They should change their name to "Aaram" ex.
They sit in their offices in comfort and don’t provide any service to their customers.
