Hi, I am writing this review after second time Aramex failed to deliver in time. Not just time, They have made me to go the courier center and pick it up all by myself. There associate was just too rude to talk over the phone. Though the courier is in the city and with them. They were asking for 48 hrs to deliver the item. In there very own words "If you want this item early, why don’t to come and pick up from the office itself."
I will never suggest Aramex for any service. Their customer service representatives were never have latest information. For 5 days, they were telling me the same story again and again.
