Non delivery of Item / Nil customer care service

I had ordered an item through indiatimes shopping and the same was despatched through Aramex Courier on 16 Aug 11 vide shipment No, 6218751173.  I have been tracking the shipment through their website every day.  On 18 Aug 11 it reached their Kolkata facility and it didn’t move from there.  So on 26 Aug 11 I submitted a complaint with them for non delivery of item.  Astonishingly, the next day the website showed that the item was delivered on 24 Aug 11.  I think they have a ’time machine’ with them to travel in the past.  That too the item was delivered at Kolkata, where as the delivery address is Sunabeda, Koraput, Orissa.  I think they must have requested Smt Mamata Banerjee to include Koraput also in their new ’Paschim Bangla’.  Hats off to Aramex to do the same in shortest possible time.


They have a wonderful customer care.  Whenever you call them you will get the reply that your problem will be resolved as soon as possible.  As soon as means, within a year of registering complaint.  They are not even bothered to reply to the mail or make a courtsey call to the customer when complaint is lodged.  Can any one tell me how to approach a consumer court for reddressal of grievances.
