I recently brought a product through tra*ds.com and they shipped it through Aramex. Little did I know about the numerous phone calls I was going to make to their office. Before making the payment itself, I told the website guys that its a very time sensitive consignment.
After two days, the tracking status said that it landed in Hyderabad(destination city). I waited for two more days for it to be delivered. When I checked the tracking status, to my horror, it said that there was an’attempted delivery’ - i.e., no one was at home when they supposedly came. But the truth was that I was desperately waiting for that consignment to arrive. They didn’t even contact me.
I then called their local office and reported the same. I even cross-checked the address and the phone number given by the seller.it wall all correct. The customer care woman assured me that it would be delivered the next day.
The same attempted delivery drama repeated again. Again I called their office and then they just cut off my call. They hung up whenever I gave my tracking ID.
When I called the next day, they again assured that I would get it the next day. When I checked it, it stated’attempted delivery’ for the third consecutive time. When I informed this to their customer care representative, he started arguing that they came to my place and no one was there. He was kinda rude.
FINALLY, I got my package delivered 7 days after it was shipped!
I’m posting my experience here so that no one else has to go through this kinda stuff again.trust me, it will really pi*s you off.
