I ordered an item online, and it was supposed to be delivered within 4 days time. After tracking the shipment online, I came to know that the shipment arrived 3 days back, but no one is delivering the product to home.
Every time I call customer service, they say it is out for delivery, and at the end of the day, they just update online that they tried delivering and no one at home( which is false). No one EVER tried to contact us over phone or even tried deliver the item. I believe the delivery personnel are cheating the customers and also the company by stating that they tried to deliver home.
Also, they say that delivery can happen anytime before 9:30 PM at night, and their call center closes at 9:00 PM. By doing this, they avoid calls from frustrated customers who wait till 9:30 PM and report that the material was not delivered.
