A Big No to Aramax

First Ebay seller booked the courier late, then courier reached Pune in 2 days and after it was on HOLD status for the next two days. They delivered it today which is Sunday. I wanted to check the item but courier guy did not let me open the package. I can understand he has experienced bad/damage delivery earlier, that can be the only reason. He did not waited for me to call Ebay customer care.


Now ebay customer care is even super. they asked me to search contact no of courier service from Google. When I got the no, so courier company’s customer care is not available on Sundays. Then why u are delivering it on Sunday, what if item is damaged during delivery? I cant check that they are delivering me correct item in correct condition.


And I did not get this, when 92% people has given it 1* than how come its score is above 3?

Dear CustomerWe take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Aramex as your transportation solutions partner and acknowledge the receipt of your complaint.Due to the Diwali Back logs which were intended to happen, we or any other courier company had to arrange a special service on Sundays. in our case we had preffered to keep few of our branches open.Our office do not function on Sundays.Also the packets which is been ordered online is usually packed by the vendor itself, we do the job of delivering the shipments. So we are not aware the condition in which it is packed. the courier boy is not allowed to open the packet for the customer. and also he cannot take the parcel back.So that might be the reason he insisted not to open the shipment.For any feedbacks or complaints, request you to call on( city code) - 39419900.RegardsPercy AvariRegional south Asia Manager
