Request your help in resolving this long pending matter with the courier company Aramex.Myself and some of my friends / relatives had ordered samples from the website https://rewardme.in over the period of last 4 months. The same were couriered through the courier company Aramex.
When we checked with Rewardme, we were provided the following AWB numbers through which the samples were dispatched on various dates.

We are yet to get delivery of even a single shipment, thus overall 14 shipments are either missing / stolen with false claims of delivery having been made in most of the cases. The delivery status shows delivered in many cases as per the website and some of the AWB numbers are even duplicate on the website. I have tried to contact the helpline numbers various times, with no satisfactory answers / resolution. I have also raised the customer care requests on Aramex website vide various case references, but sadly, none of them were even replied to with the status or resolution. I even contacted the Senior Management including the CEO, however, no response has ever been received from the Company, leave aside a resolution to the same.
I thus request your help and intervention in the matter to enable me to get my shipments from the clutches of Arames.
