Not delivered my courier from 15 days,stil waiting

I order a solar charger from ideaplus Chennai last month from their website. they immediately submitted the courier to Aramex(sno: 6219495240) on May 21st 2011. I stay in bangalore. still I am waiting for my courier. I called at least 8-10 times in last two weeks, every time they are telling "we will definitely deliver it today". but never happened


The most interesting thing is they updated the status in website as "Attempted to deliver but no one their in home". This is 100% false statement.


I am staying in the same address from last 8 years. I never faced any problem with any other courier services as of now.


This people(Aramex) are very cheap, fraud and really waste.
