These people are filthy frauds, from their customer care executives to their delivery boys.
These people charged me with double custom duty.actually they shouldn’t in first place but they did( I know because my father is a senior officer in custom and central excise.) They should call me before they charge me custom duty and should have asked whether I want to pay or not, but they didn’t.
When I contacted them their customer care executive, Aravind, told me "pehle shipping walo ko call karo fir yahan karna!"("first call shipping people and then call here").which is unprofessional and completely unacceptable!
They gave me their money department peoples email address(not contact no) and told me that they are online and will revert asap! Guess what? They didn’t, the entire damn day!
I work in press and I want everybody to know about these s*ckers!
P.S- we test them so that we know how normal people are being treated in reality.
Also, I gave them one star because I am supposed to.
