No courier company I have dealt with so far has been as unprofessional and as apathetic to customer’s concerns as this one. Their service sucks so much that you feel like pulling out your hair in frustration. I had ordered a couple of items from USA online. The shipment has reached India but is pending customs clearance. I have provided Aramex with all KYC documents like Aadhar card, PAN card and driver’s license required to process customs clearance multiple times, yet they keep rejecting my documents for no apparent reason. Alas, they don’t have a customer care contact number or email id mentioned on their portal where I could reach them for resolution. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the last two weeks without any success. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEIR SERVICES if you have other options.
ok, here is what I have found out after doing some digging. Aramex India employees have a proven track record of stealing shipments/consignments and then claiming that these shipments were not cleared by customs. I am not their first victim of this scam. My shipments are supposedly pending clearance from customs. However, I have fulfilled all requirements needed to process customs clearance of my shipment. I have submitted all KYC documents required for customs clearance MULTIPLE TIMES. My KYC status on the Aramex portal is showing up as completed which proves that Aramex HAS INDEED RECEIVED my KYC documents. However, the Aramex India employee responsible for handling my shipment claims that Aramex has not received my KYC documents and therefore he cannot clear my shipment. I then contacted Aramex via Facebook messenger and told them I will will initiate legal action against them unless they deliver my shipment. They have stopped answering my messages. Guess what, Aramex neither has a customer support contact number nor a customer support email id to service its customers. Just go to their portal and you will discover this your self. I am posting this review so that you don’t fall prey to their scam like I did.
